The UCST has an advanced mission and vision since its establishment. It offered the needs of the community and the local environment. The technical education is considered one of the

top priorities of the college for the sake of prosperity and progress. Therefore, the UCST devoted its efforts to provide excellent services and modern technical education in order to be prominent among the other higher institutions.

Despite all the difficulties and obstacles, the UCST opened many distinctive and modern programs for both bachelor and diploma students that suit the labor market in the local community. It also offered opportunities for all kinds of all the Palestinian people.
Finally, we ask Allah to help us provide grants and scholarships for our students and ask Allah to bless us.
